Know the difference. Many Taco Catering companies give a service that is amateur and bland. Their food is shelled out in large volumes without proper quality control. Here at Angel City Taco Catering, we micro-manage every order sent out to make sure our food meets our standards. Free Range Chicken, Grass Fed Beef, Hormone Free Pork and Wild Caught Seafood are just a few menu items that sets us above the rest.
Along with our food, our service is exceptional. All of our chefs have proper ServSafe certifications and training. Our tough hiring process ensures that you’re event will be hosted by a craftsman and not a sketchy individual. We are passionate about what we do and we are thrilled to show you.
Our Story
Where It All Began
Our food Began in the heart of Mexico (Guanajuato). For generations, our recipes were repeated and fine tuned. Humble upbringings and soulful food was the fuel that inspired our venture. The first generation emigrated to Los Angeles and noticed a void in the taco industry. We noticed amateurism and careless food prep. In 2010, Angel City Tacos was established by Ceaser Gallardo. With locally grown ingredients and organic elements we fill that void.
